From a 1900s theater to your dream home: A unique downtown residential project

Can you imagine living in an authentic theater dating back to 1900? Situated right in the town center, this real estate gem offers the perfect canvas for creating one of the area's most spectacular and exclusive homes. With its soaring ceilings and open-plan layout, the space is ideal for a luxury residential loft that blends the charm of historic architecture with cutting-edge interior design.

The property requires a comprehensive renovation, including a complete rebuild of the roof (which is currently in a state of disrepair). Existing openings in the roof invite a design that prioritizes natural light—such as an open-air interior courtyard or high, vaulted ceilings.

If you are looking to create a home with soul, character, and a breathtaking interior, this is a once-in-a-lifetime architectural opportunity in an unbeatable location.
